CSMIS is a comprehensive system in all phases work automatically from reporting new birth to acquiring citizenship according to the laws and regulations, issuing various type of certificates, passports, identification documents and identity card, in addition a special system for the elections system and install constituencies The system provides 46 services related to the issuance of vital events and supporting documents to citizens.

The system is based on unspecified variables in the system so that the user controls the system work mechanism and upon completion of the programming, the programmer will not need to make any adjustments on the variables (Parameters) and symbols except for the new emerging.
